The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail in the service provided by the staff. Just like Liam and Maria from the previous reviews, who went above and beyond to make their guests feel special, the staff at this hotel were also extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us a meal deal and surprised us with a birthday card and drinks in our room. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the location near the beautiful New Forest. Plus, having a Sainsbury's just across the road and a McDonald's down the road was an added convenience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. the value for money was outstanding, especially considering the attention to detail in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the location was perfect, being near the beautiful New Forest and away from any noisy roads. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently had a wonderful break at a hotel near the New Forest, and I can't recommend it highly enough. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, just like the young man Jack mentioned in one of the reviews. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the rooms were spotless and cosy, just as described by another guest. The attention to detail was impressive, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful New Forest and all its natural wonders. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was really nothing negative to mention.

The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The free wifi worked well, and the safe and easy parking was a great convenience.

The noise levels at night were incredibly disruptive to our sleep. The walls and connecting door of our room were not sound-proofed, leading to loud conversations, gaming noises, and heavy footsteps from neighboring rooms.

This hotel made our Easter weekend getaway perfect! the cozy room was spotless with sparkling clean facilities and a comfortable bed. the location was ideal, close to all the best tourist attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. We enjoyed the friendly service and the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

The breakfast was disappointing, it took too long to arrive, and it was not worth the price we paid. the food was undercooked, bland, and lacking in variety.

The location was convenient, with the hotel being close to local supermarkets and just a short distance from the beautiful New Forest National Park. We enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced meal at the adjacent restaurant. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

The heating in the room was a bit too warm and couldn't be adjusted.
